Privacy policy

Last updated 1 October 2026. This page explains what xpixel.com collects when you use it, and nothing more than that. It does not cover work we do inside a client's own ad accounts, which is governed by that client's agreement with us.

What this site collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics or any tracking script. We only receive information you choose to send us, through one of two forms:

• The fit-call enquiry form. The name, work email, company, website, budget band and notes you enter are placed into a draft email on your own device. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in your own email app, so we never see what you typed unless you choose to send it.
• The newsletter sign-up. Works the same way: your email address is placed into a draft addressed to us, and we add you to our list once you send it.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to send the occasional email if you've asked to receive them, and for no other purpose. We do not sell, rent or share your information with any third party.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and subscriber emails for as long as we're in contact with you or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails from us. Email hello@xpixel.com and we'll action it within a reasonable time.

If you become a client

Ad accounts, pixels and analytics we help set up run inside your own accounts, under your own ownership, and are covered by the written agreement for that work, not by this page.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes (for example if we add site analytics or a booking tool), we'll update this page and change the date above.
